I’m just writing to let you all know who have any doubts that there is hope. I applied for Wells Fargo, did the 3 interviews and was offered a position as a bank teller. Once I had to do the finger print I became afraid and stressed my self out because I have a misdemeanor larceny from when I was 18, the offense happened in 2007 but disposition in 2011.
I did disclose this on my I-9 form. And almost a week after I did the fingerprints I emailed the recruiter to check the status of my background.
I then got a phone call from a hr at Wells that asked me to send an email with a further disclosure for what I had disclosed. I did and a week 3 days later I got the call the everything cleared and I can start training.
