Applied on August 25. Received an email the same day to complete a screening that consisted about 50 questions. After the screening I was supposed to set up an interview time but they're were none available. About a week later I received an email that there were interview times available so I pick a date. On September 3rd I attended the group interview. There were two different recruiters conducting separate group interviews and they had been doing back to back interviews all day. There was 8 of us in the group and the ladies seemed very nice. There was a packet with information about Wells Fargo and the dress code along with an availability application we had to fill out. The recruiter starts on time introducing herself, informing us about the company and the position we applied for. Then we went around the room and introduced ourselves. She then asked us three interview questions. It was a competition the whole time of who would answer first or next. But she was kind enough to let us all get a chance to answer and give us feedback of what she thought about our answer which was nice. After we were done she informed us that it's usually 3 to 5 business days to get a call back but because if the Labor Day weekend and having several back to back group interviews that we would hear from her in two weeks. After the interview I emailed her a thank you letter reminding her of my customer service experience and that I am still interested in the position. I think I did very well. I wore a suit and heels. There was only one other woman that wore a suit and surprising three other ladies were very dressed very inappropriately for an interview. One woman even was showing cleavage. But we all did very well. I don't usually wear make up but I put on a little just to look nice but not too much. I smiled the whole time even when the other ladies were answering. It's only been a week of waiting but I'm super excited hoping that I get a call back
