I've accepted a wells Fargo teller. I'm worried for the background check since back in 2012 I was convicted of a class 6 felony for solicitation to shoplifting. Then completed my probation and it was dropped to a class 1 misdemeanor. Will this affect me? Should I disclose it? Like check where it says yes in convictions and include info or take my chances? Will it show? I got married and those charges are under my maiden name. Will they still show?

This is absolutely incorrect. They do not screen unless a complaint is launched, such as a employee getting into an accident while using a company vehicle or an employee (or applicant) being noticeably impaired on the job. Both cases are standard cause for screening in every state.
Also, we will order urine for the screen...not blood.

Hey guys, so i had a group interview last Thursday, they said they would contact us in 3-5 business days. It's Wednesday already and i haven't heard anything from the recruiter personally. I did get an email saying that one of my application for one of the position i have applied for has been declined. It is an automated email, the same one that i got when i tried to apply for one of the position a day before it closed saying that i got declined. My question is how long do they usually take and would it be an automated email that i would get if i didn't pass the group interview? Thank you.
